HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

As a husband & wife team from Singapore, we're based in China and are a stickler for the quality of products - especially since its going to be in contact with your most intimate body parts.

Our factory is based in China where we design and manufacture new lingerie designs that are sexy, comfortable, sensible and great in terms of workmanship.

In the case where we are out of stock, it may take an additional 7 working days for shipping. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking)  :)

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll refund you immediately and inform you on the process of how to send the item back.

WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM?

Again, no worries! Contact us right away with your order details and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll expedite your ticket and you'll get a response within 24-36 hours, weekday or weekend. It is usually a tracking issue but we'll offer you a full refund if its found the item was not delivered to you.
